The Surface Problem: Multiple Costs, No Real System

The vendor who said, 'Look, the Focus 3 is great for standalone use, but if you need mixed deployment with Pro 2s, plan for extra setup time'—that guy earned my trust. He knew his product's limits.
You don't have to be the hero who gets it perfect on the first try. But you do need a system. Start with tracking. You'll thank yourself after deployment.
